How Are You Feeling?
If you feel sick:
You may be able to get a same-day or next-day Virtual Sick Visit or an in-person clinic visit.
Just visit MyChart and click the "visits" button to request a Virtual Sick Visit for cough, headache, COVID, back pain, vaginal itch, painful urination, and more.
If you have a symptom not included on the list, call your primary care office and ask for the Nurse Advice Center. Your CHA care team is on call 24 hours a day.
