Feel Sick?

You can schedule a same-day or next-day Virtual Sick Visit in MyChart for some symptoms. Just log in and click the Visits button.

Virtual Sick Visits are available for cough, headache, COVID, back pain, vaginal itch or discharge, painful urination, and more. If you have a symptom not included on the list, call your primary care office and ask for the Nurse Advice Center. Your CHA care team is on call 24 hours a day. For non-urgent messages, just send us a message in MyChart.
