If you feel sick:

You may be able to get a same-day or next-day Virtual Sick Visit or an in-person clinic visit. 

Just visit MyChart and click the "visits" button to request a Virtual Sick Visit for cough, headache, COVID, back pain, vaginal itch, painful urination, and more.

If you have a symptom not included on the list, call your primary care office and ask for the Nurse Advice Center. Your CHA care team is on call 24 hours a day.

Financial Assistance

State Programs

If you live in Massachusetts, you may be able to get health insurance or help paying your health care bills through a state program like MassHealth, the Health Connector, or Health Safety Net. Each program has different rules and income limits.

The CHA Financial Access team helps people find affordable health coverage. Options are available based on your income and family size. 

If you need help, please call 617-665-1100. You can make an appointment to see us at the following locations:

CHA Cambridge Hospital
Main lobby, next to the front desk

CHA Everett Hospital
Main lobby, across from the front desk

CHA Somerville Campus
Main floor (level 3), next to the front desk and Urgent Care

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Feel Sick?

Virtual Sick Visits are available for cough, headache, COVID, back pain, vaginal itch or discharge, painful urination, and more. If you have a symptom not included on the list, call your primary care office and ask for the Nurse Advice Center. Your CHA care team is on call 24 hours a day.     Masking: As of March 18, 2024, masks are optional at CHA, with the exception of our infusion rooms. If you have COVID or flu-like symptoms, you will still be asked to wear a mask. See other Patient Alerts.
