Nutrition

Better eating. Better health.

CHA Registered Dietitian/Nutritionists are experts in food and nutrition. Every dietitian is licensed by the state, has a degree in nutrition and passed a board exam. They maintain their skills through continuing education.

Many of our team members have additional degrees or certification. These include master’s degrees and certifications in diabetes education and adult weight management.

How they help

Think of a dietitian as your food coach.

  • They help you get healthy through food and lifestyle. They help you reach your health goals while eating the foods you enjoy by modifying recipes and organizing grocery lists.
  • They are motivational trainers. They go beyond “teaching” you. Their goal is to inspire you to change.
  • Nutrition information you read online may be confusing. They help you separate fact from fiction.
